Fixed an issue where the Arcane deck cannot be chosen as a dual deck.
Fixed "start of the fight" and "start of the turn" artifact effects.
Fixed the Dragon Kick rune.
Fixed the Water Wizard's visual.
Arcane Wizard text on the Character Select screen is now shown properly.
