Hello everyone and welcome to DevLog #14 for the WRS3!

Gamescom is behind us, and as promised, we’ve summarized some of the most exciting highlights for you.

More Snow, More Possibilities

One of the biggest new features in WRS3 is our 3D snow system. With it, snow becomes a real part of the gameplay and, for the first time, can actually be driven over and shaped. This lets you smooth out bumps, move snow around, and even build your own hills. We’ll share even more details about the 3D snow system in a future DevLog!

This also significantly changes how slopes are groomed and covered with artificial snow, bringing new possibilities and challenges for even more varied gameplay.

More Vehicles, More Choice

There have also been some changes to our fleet. New additions include the PistenBully 800, Bison X, and Husky. You can also look forward to a new and improved PistenBully 600, as well as the Leitwolf.

Thanks to our partnerships with Prinoth and Kässbohrer, we can now offer you a significantly wider selection of snow groomers.

More Cable Cars

With Leitner, another major ropeway manufacturer will be represented in WRS3 alongside Doppelmayr, significantly expanding the variety of ropeways in the game.

But it’s not just the selection of ropeways that has changed. Numerous details related to the ropeways have also been revised and expanded. We’ll be showing you some of these in more detail in upcoming DevLogs. Maybe you’ve already spotted a new detail in the latest DevLogs? Feel free to share your theories in the comments!

That's it for this DevLog!

Thank you for joining us on this journey. Feel free to leave us comments, share your thoughts on the official Discord channel or let us know what you'd like to see in the next logs.

Until next time at DevLog #15!
