This time, we have a very special announcement for you:
LEITNER cable cars are coming to Winter Resort Simulator 3!
This means that WRS3 will no longer feature only Doppelmayr cable cars. With LEITNER, another major cable car manufacturer is joining the lineup, expanding the possibilities for building your ski resorts. To bring this to life, we took a very close look at a real-life facility. In the following video, we’ll take you along and show you how we documented the cable car on-site and recorded numerous details to serve as the basis for its implementation in WRS3.
From the stations to the carriers to numerous technical details, we’ve documented the system from a wide variety of perspectives. These images and data form the basis for recreating the distinctive features of LEITNER cable cars as authentically as possible in WRS3.
And of course, we don’t want to keep you from getting a first look at how this has been implemented in the game:
