First of all, there are already more than 200 of us! And that’s just insanely cool. Mind-blowing, honestly.
I still don’t really understand how this is happening, but somehow it is 😄
Thank you to everyone who downloaded the demo, wishlisted the game, left a comment, or is simply following the development ❤️
Second - I’ve finally started working on setting up a Mac build as well, because, well… gaming on Mac could definitely use some love.
Third - I’m already working hard on Demo V2, and there is A LOT of work to do here.
I want to add more mechanics, more interactions, and generally make the demo clearer and more interesting. Because, to be honest, even I’m not completely satisfied with the current version yet. There’s still far too little of what I actually want to show and what After the Silence is ultimately supposed to become. So Demo V2 will be noticeably bigger and much more packed with content.
Fourth - I heard Shturman’s comment about the ending. So now there will be a much clearer ending to the demo… but don’t expect the usual “Thank you for playing” screen. Let’s just say there’ll be a little surprise 😄
P.S. Right now, I’m also trying to find a third person to join the team - someone who’s good at programming in Unreal Engine 5. Programming is currently the biggest bottleneck in development because it’s the part I struggle with the most. But there’s plenty more ahead.
A huge thank you to everyone who’s here and following After the Silence. You’re all awesome ❤️
See you at the station 📡
