Hey everyone, and welcome to our very first DevLog for Winter Resort Simulator 3!

Today, we’re excited to introduce our new update format, discuss some of our plans for the future, and share early impressions of the WRS3.

So grab your favourite drink and let’s dive in!

What are DevLogs all about?

Our goal with these DevLogs is simple — we want to take you along on the development journey of Winter Resort Simulator 3. We’re excited to give you a look behind the scenes, show how features and assets come together, and share the challenges and progress that shape the game.

How will this work?

Steam will be our main platform for news and DevLogs — you’ll find all the big updates right here. We’ll also post smaller updates and asset spotlights over on our Instagram.

On top of that, we’re planning a few special videos to show how we build certain features and assets. If you’ve ever wondered how a ski lift, snowcat, or environment in WRS3 comes to life — you’ll get to see it!

What are we showing you?

Each DevLog will give you insights into the current development of WRS3 and maybe even a few glimpses of what’s to come. Many of these are still in the WIP stage, as we are in an early phase of development.

That’s it for this DevLog!

Thanks for reading and following our journey! Your feedback means a lot to us — feel free to leave a comment, share your thoughts in the official Discord channel, or tell us what you’d like to see in future logs.

See you next time for DevLog #1!
