A few more fixes today, including a critical 'spawning in a bath tub' fix for today's dungeon. (A fascinating cascade bug, and a funny one, but that doesn't stop it being a bug that must be crushed.)

We also added a rubber ducky, because reasons.

It contains a minor dungeon generation fix which sometimes caused chests to be placed in walls like some kind of transporter accident from Star Trek, and a small new system to help flesh out some of the aesthetics of otherwise-empty rooms.
