Hello, good evening to all!

It is with pleasure that I meet you again in mid-December to talk a little about the production!

First of all, I announce to you that I will start writing a 'bi-monthly' to keep you informed of the progress of production between the updates. This will allow me to share with you preview images of the game’s progress but also to collect reviews during production in order to refine the updates.

And so, on the production side, the previous update made the game more reliable, allowing me to attack the production of version 0.2 of ForHumanity, an update that should contain:

  • The day-night cycle.

  • A new zombie spawn system.

  • A new area "Docks".

  • Several other minor additions and Quality Of Life.

For now, the new entity spawn system has been implemented, it remains to be tested and I have attacked the new area which will probably be improved in future updates, I have quite a few ideas regarding it.

Regarding QoL and minor changes, I will see to add animations on firearms, more SFX and maybe some new items.

Anyway, the 0.2 will be released in the second half of January 2026 and everything that is missing will be added in 2.1, 2.2 etc. until my goals are met and I can start the production of the 0.3. And it will work like this until the game is over.

Anyway, I’m going back to work, I’ll talk to you again by the end of the month for the next Dev Dispatch.

Don’t forget to add the game to your wish list and join me on social media.

Good game to all!

Sincerely, the whole team of For Humanity (me).

It’s already early August, and it’s been a long time since I last spoke with you. As I mentioned in my last post, I’ve found a job, which allows me to continue working on ForHumanity, even though I have less time to develop the project. So I’ve updated the Roadmap to make my updates lighter and, if possible, more regular. I’ll also try to resume posting updates, but…
