Fixed the "Grand Warehouse" tech node so it can be unlocked repeatedly again. It had quietly become a one-time unlock (a regression). You can now keep expanding your storage caps, which also helps with material overflow.
Eased the unlock requirement for the "Time Manipulation" tech. Changed from "reach year 3" to "reach year 2" (about one in-game year of play).
The combat log window now closes when you claim a reward from the dispatch status/list view (previously it only closed when claiming from inside the window itself).
Fixed item/equipment hover tooltips lingering on another screen. They now clear correctly when you switch screens, or close a screen while a tooltip is showing.
Fixed the dispatch dungeon-name hover showing Japanese in the English build — it's now localized.
