Remade networking backend. Should be way more stable now, but of course this code is brand new so there may be some ninja bugs hiding.
Improved graphics and tried to make racing more beautiful.
Nerfed NOS, Lighter Pistons, and Seeper.
Fixed many bugs like braking while in neutral.
Made a custom board for Master, Nightmarish, Unfair and Mega Unfair.
Made tutorial/information about the game easier to access and understand.
