Fixed a bug where the store tiles are wrong in Classic game-mode.
Added a Medium Total mode.
Made Total and Leadout have the same price every game so it's easier to think out strategies.
Balanced singleplayer challenges a bit more, especially Mega Unfair.
Made tireboost effect during races now visualize the amount of time left of the boost similarly to nos bottles.
Improved singleplayer scoring for when lives are part of the challenge.
