Fixed some issues in mission 4:
- Fixed a crash when playing the mission as Fahad.
- Rebalanced the mission when playing as Monceaux.
Balance changes and fixes for mission 8:
- Artillery barrages are indicated on the environment again.
- It takes longer for artillery barrages to start.
- Longer intervals between barrages.
