With this update I'm adding the last piece of content that I wanted for 1.0 release:
Endless Mode
Once you've cleared the second path, and so unlocked access to Corrupt, you'll be offered to access Endless Mode on your final score screen (when winning).
You will loop back to the first level, keeping all your pets, cards and stats, but you will lose at random half of your current blessings.
Enemies stats will greatly increase: their HP, damage and block values will be multiplied by 10 per loop. Furthermore, their Countdown value will decrease by 1, with a minimum set to 2.
Additionally, you won't be able to unlock anything during Endless Mode.
This mode is NOT balanced around anything. I may modify values after users feedback, but this is intended to be a fun and random mode, so a great balance is not what I'm looking for.
Together with that, a nice bunch of bug fixes and balance, especially on the Mechanic and recent new Blessings.
(General) Endless Mode
(Enemy) Firepit mini boss will now drop a Flame Blessing.
(Blessing) Moved Patience from Normal to Great Blessings pool.
(Blessing) Symmetry changed to work only once per pair of cards used. You now need to use 2 same cost cards, then the effect is reset and you need to use 2 more for it to trigger again.
(Blessing) Risk Of Combo now draws 1 card instead of 2.
(Blessing) Risk Of Tradition additional effects: you won't be able to draw more than 10 cards per turn, and sets your combo to 4 on turn start.
(Card) Taser set not to appear before level 2.
(Card) Code 99 set to do one of its 3 effects at random with equal chance, instead of all 3 of them.
(Card) Reboot set to become unusable on the turn next to using it, to avoid being able to spam it.
(Card) Exhaust would say damage equal to 2x current Overheat, but actually calculate 5x. Properly set to 2x.
(Card) Plasma Cannon now deals 5x of Overheat value down from 10x.
(Event) Added to the firepit description the fact that you may get a Special card in return.
(Event) Firepit will now deal increasingly more damage the more cards you give it. It's been tuned so that you'll use 50% max HP when giving the first 5 cards, ending up with needing 90% max HP to give 5 cards in a third encounter. This change aims to make it less of a no brainer to remove as many cards as possible, both for the Blessing reward and to achieve a very small deck.
(Event) Added Ornate Equipment and Reboot to The Enigma's cards pool.
(General) Card rewards will now offer cards you already own with less frequency.
(General) Each level now has a 30% chance to not include a Marking room.
(General) Marks at the Shop now have a variable price that depends on the specific Mark. Double Use, Always Combo and Free are more rare and cost more. The remaining First Draw, Keep and Double Damage have same rarity, with Double Damage costing more.
(General) Made Double Use, Always Combo and Free less rare than before.
(General) Fixes and improvements on the damage visuals that scale depending on the amount of dealt damage.
Fixed the game showing your Blessings' tooltip if you went with your mouse over their position while on the final score screen.
Fixed a bug that could leave the game in a state where you couldn't find unlocked Blessings.
Added a brief moment of disabled input when picking a Blessing, to avoid visual issues when picking one and then entering a portal right away.
Fixed Hell's Gaze card (obtained through a corrupt chest outside of Hell level) to not work and briefly softlock the game.
Fixed the game not allowing to select Corrupt with a pad.
Fixed the game not showing enemies intents anymore with a pad.
Fixed a bug that could make Blessings' descriptions not appear.
Fixed Chain Attack card leaving the game in a softlock state for a few seconds.
Fixed cards with Stock attribute to softlock the game for a few seconds after exhausting their whole list of possible cards.
Fixed a bug that could leave cards in a semi transparent state while in your hand, especially with the Mage.
Fixed the Devour action from Pond's Monarch not actually removing the cards from your deck.
Fixed the game not updating the deck's cards count when getting back devoured cards from Pond's Monarch.
Fixed Risk Of Chaos giving some bad visuals when obtained.
Updated Familiar Fury's routine on pets to follow recent changes made to the end of turn routine (in the current state it could cause some bugs with some specific pets).
Generating a Slime card using Slot would make it so on next turn you wouldn't draw any card. Fixed.
Error 003 card was incorrectly named Error 002. Fixed.
Fixed Momentum card not showing its number of hits in green in some cases.
