He keeps rival biker gangs in check, handles shady suppliers, and keeps the sheriff off his back by staying neutral, turning the place into ground where business just keeps moving.
Octane first appeared in our unreleased project Shady Deals, and he's carried the same survival instincts into his new home, his past still a mystery, but one thing's clear, he'll do whatever it takes to keep what he built standing.
