Patch 0.1.90 Hotfix 3 changes listed below:

VTOL units now use mouse to turn (disable in settings menu if you prefer the previous controls)
Settings menu: added toggle to lock cursor to game window
Updated Mech Refit Bay: equipment hardpoint color is now more gray than white
Reduced font size for start of game warning screen
Fixed various text formatting issues
Fixed several null reference exceptions on scene change and on game exit
