This update introduces the Investigation Notebook and improves display settings, archive research, and evidence reading across the Steam desktop version.

Save Compatibility
Existing Demo saves are migrated automatically while preserving current progress. No restart is required.
Display mode, resolution, reading font size, and notebook window size are stored as device-local preferences and are not part of game progress or Steam Cloud. We recommend not reopening upgraded saves with an older client version.
