Changes:
- Clicking on an airline's avatar in the route GUI will now navigate to that airline's stock trading view.
- Aircraft will now show 'Repairing' if they are repairing, to better inform players that they may need to build more hangars.
- Stale events will no longer show on game load.

Bugfixes:
- Fixed bug where AI would sometimes try to buy shares in dead airlines.
- Fixed bug where there were some blank tooltips in the stock trading view.
