Peek

Watch on YouTube

We improved the movement system even further. Previously, the player’s view was limited while aiming, making certain angles difficult to see. Players can now peek to adjust their view and create new tactical options, reducing visibility restrictions.

Camera switching over the shoulder is now smoother. Not only is the switch itself easier, but the animation has also been refined. For example, when aiming after switching shoulders, the weapon-holding posture now adjusts to match the new camera angle.

keybind

We’ve updated the player’s control layout to support the new peek system. We also adjusted the default key bindings to make frequently used actions easier to press, while moving less-used buttons further away to avoid accidental inputs.

Lockpick

Previously, unlocking gun crates or gun lockers relied on RNG, making success very difficult and forcing players to carry many lockpicks, which was frustrating. Now, we’ve added a lockpicking system that allows players to use their thieving skills more directly. Players must listen carefully to audio cues while lockpicking, so the success rate now depends on the player rather than probability.

Bunker

We’ve completely redesigned the structure of the bunkers, adding more complex pathways and multiple entry points. This new bunker layout helps reduce our development time, and in future updates, we plan to bring this system into the Dead Metro map, expanding exploration with new hidden locations for players to discover.

Fix

Improved the accuracy of throwing objects.
Fixed item spawn points that were positioned incorrectly.
