Replaced unsafe dictionary look-ups for Political Factions and Pirate Factions
Fixed bug causing Pirate Base to be empty, pirates now perform emergency recruitment
Fixed bug where Player units could receive experience from Pirate units performing training
Fixed bug where audio sources could be released prematurely, leading to interrupted sounds
Fixed bug where auto-turrets attempted to fire at terrain
Fixed bug where unit destruction during the same frame as mission ending could crash the game
Fixed bug preventing pirate factions from electing a new leader
