With the frequent updates released since launch, most critical issues seem to be resolved.
I will now take some time to review the remaining problems with a clearer mind, and if possible, work on a content update. Added an important statue at the entrance of The Lamenting Hermitage.
Fixed a respawn issue related to the Courtyard of Wailing Shrine.
Added deadzone and sensitivity fix for left stick movement on gamepad. The previous issues may not be fully resolved yet, and this will require further investigation.
Translation adjustments in several languages.
Resolved an issue preventing the visual parry indicator (mutation) from functioning on Acolyte Enemies in Crimson Bastion.

Fixed an issue where performing Physical Purification in the Ritual Chamber refunded Creature Blood instead of Doctor’s Serum.
Fixed a bug where status effects (Bleed, Frostburn, Poison, Rot, etc.) still applied while Torment+ was active.
Fixed an issue where status effects (Bleed, Frostburn, Poison, Rot, etc.) persisted after dying and being revived.
Fixed an issue in Carrion Nest where, if the player died during Phase 2 of The All Seeing Eye boss fight, the Remnant would spawn in the Phase 2 arena. Now it spawns in the Phase 1 arena.
Increased the whisper sound volume of a hidden wall in The Murkway.
Fixed incorrect player positioning when returning to Ashenheart Forest from Crimson Bastion.
Optimized snow effects in the Titan’s Reach area. Performance in this section should be improved.

A Sorrowflame fountain has been added at the location where you first obtain Forbidden Art in Ravenbell, allowing you to test the art comfortably.
The gold cost required to enter Shadow Realms is now displayed in the top-right corner of the Shadow Realm UI.

Fixed incorrect wall collisions and grab ledges in various areas.
Fixed several issues in Russian localization.
Corrected incorrect map markers in certain regions.
"Pale Witch" boss could not transition into its death animation if it was attacking at the moment of death.
Ice Wizard enemies in Titan’s Reach were not dropping gold.
The bridge in the Harbor area (next to the first Shrine) was changed from a jump wall type to a static wall to prevent unintended interactions.
“The Saintless” boss was not granting its achievement.
If you have already defeated the boss, the achievement will unlock on your next game launch.
Warning texts and some UI elements were missing in the Shadow Realm UI for certain languages.
Removed an unintended invisible ground in Shadow of Titan’s Reach.
Some of Laél’s dialogues in Shadow Realms were not disappearing after finishing.
Fixed an issue where the boss fight in Shadow of Carrion Nest would not trigger (still under observation).
Roots in the final rooms of Shadow Realms were not visible, appearing as invisible walls.
Crimson Covenant’s healing effect was not triggering on jump attacks and vertical jump attacks.
The Lamenting Hermitage was incorrectly positioned on the map.
Resolved a bug where exiting the game in a Shadow Realm disabled the Load Game option.

Fixed an issue that allowed purchasing items from The Merchant even when you didn’t have enough gold.
Fixed an issue where the Soulbound Root item failed to remove the “Fractured” status.
Fixed an issue where 'Choice Buttons' were not visible in the UI for some languages. (I’m still reviewing this and will fix additional cases as I find them.)
Fixed an issue that caused the Control Configuration screen to appear empty in different languages.
Fixed an issue where pressing the B button on a gamepad while exiting the map screen could trigger a ranged attack.
Fixed several cases where the map cursor was displayed in an incorrect position. (This issue may still occur in a few areas if you notice it, please let me know and I’ll address it quickly.)
Fixed an issue where the Gilded Fang trinket granted more gold than intended while active.
Fixed an issue that caused the Merchant’s stock to drop into negative values. (This was traced back to ammo and Hellfire Bottles not clearing their slots when depleted. I’ve applied a safe fix for now and will revisit the inventory logic in a future update.)
Fixed an issue where the second and third Sorrowflame slots would not refresh.
Fixed an issue where the remaining passage gate beneath Blake’s Clinic would incorrectly send the player back to Dreadmoore instead of The Murkway.
Known Issues:
I’m aware that no buttons appear on the key binding screen in languages other than English. I’ll try to fix this shortly. (As a temporary workaround—though not very practical—you can switch the game language to English to set your keys, then switch back to your preferred language.)Noticed sensitivity issues that negatively affect gameplay when playing with a gamepad (left stick). I’ll try to address this in the next patch.
It seems that if you Alt+Tab out of the game and return, then press Enter, the window mode changes, as if the Alt key is stuck. Pressing Alt again resolves it. It’s an annoying issue, and I’m working on it.
In some rare cases, dialogue text does not appear on screen, but you can still progress by pressing Enter.
