Greetings, Inquisitors!

I’m back with a small update I’ve been working on for a while.
During this time, I had the chance to connect with many of you and go through your feedback.

I watched gameplay, gathered insights, and focused on improving the overall experience, addressing common issues, and adding a few requested features.

  • Consumables you don’t need can now be sold to The Merchant.

  • During exploration, uncollected items are now marked on the map with a small question mark.
If nothing remains in that room, the marker disappears, making backtracking clearer and more intentional.

  • If your gold drops to zero or below a certain threshold, The Sister will now offer assistance.

  • Rotborn mutation bonuses have been increased.

  • Fixed an issue where skipping a Chapel visit after sending Liliane there could cause you to miss her dialogue and reward.
You will now receive her Trinket during your first Chapel interaction, even if the initial conversation was missed.

  • Added missing red barrier indicators on the map:

    • Harbor region (room below Lantern’s End)

    • Dreadmoore region (room below Blake’s Clinic)

  • Fixed issues with vertical camera tracking in:

    • The Murkway

    • Ashenheart Forest

    • Crimson Bastion

  • Fixed an issue where curing the “No Remnant on Death” Suffering did not remove its effect.

  • Fixed an issue where Wraithstone was not functioning properly in the Lamenting Hermitage, along with a similar fast travel menu issue in that region.

  • Reading the blue torch warning sign before the final boss now adds an additional note to the map.

  • Updated the map note for the cat puzzle in Ashenheart Forest:

    • “Clues must be around” → “Clues must be around the forest.”

  • Some reward chests that blended into the background have been recolored to light blue for better visibility.

  • Fixed an issue where a specific dialogue variant with The Sister could cause the game to freeze.

  • Fixed an issue where starting a new game would incorrectly begin with the player at full HP.

  • Reduced enemy attack damage in New Game+ (Nightmare Mode).

Additional Update — Build 310326.01

  • Fixed an issue where Voice and Sound Effects volume settings were not loading correctly on game startup.

  • Fixed an issue where some question mark markers on the map would remain visible even after all items in the area had been collected.

  • Fixed an issue where large item icons in the Sell Consumables screen could appear incorrectly.

  • Fixed an issue in the Brazilian Portuguese localization where some of The Harpist’s lines appeared out of order.

  • Reduced the number of additional enemies introduced to Ravenbell in Nightmare Mode.

This wraps up the planned updates for Gravethorn.

Going forward, I’ll still be around for bug fixes and small improvements when needed.
For now, it’s time to shift focus and start building what comes next.

Thanks for being part of this journey.

See you in the streets of Valestra?

— Mirac

Community27 Aug 2026Development UpdateGreetings! It has been a while since my last update here, so first of all: I'm still here, and I've been working on something new. Since around April–May, I’ve been developing my next game. I’m not ready to reveal its title or story yet, but I can share a little about the direction. Unlike my previous projects, this is not a Metroidvania or an action-focused game . It is a narrative-driven adve…Game update18 May 2026Version 1.021 Minor Update (Build 190526)If you haven’t activated the Shrine in the Endless Nightmare area, you can return there by interacting with the corpse in Ravenbell again. · Some text was not appearing in the final choice selection screen for certain languages. · Increased the parry window of the Ghost Knight in Titan's Reach. · Fixed an issue where Acolyte enemies in the Crimson Bastion would play their death voice line twice…In-game event25 Apr 2026Version 1.021 Update – New Game+ Balance / Nightborne FixGreetings! This is a small balance patch focused on New Game+ (Nightmare Mode). Enemy health and damage have been significantly reduced. Nightmare Mode ended up being far more punishing than intended. The goal was to recreate a sense of challenge for a second playthrough, but it went too far. This update pulls things back, especially for Nightmare I . As a result, New Game+ runs should now feel…
