Today I’m proud to share something truly special with you.

Lucy, our 2D Artist, has completed the official box art for The Glorious Cause and this image will become the visual identity of our game moving forward. This artwork will serve as:• Our official Steam capsule/logo
• Our first Patreon-exclusive poster
• The cover of our physical Early Access box copy (with your Steam code inside)This piece represents everything we are building. At the top stands General George Washington, the central figure of the American Revolution and the guiding presence of our game’s first chapter. Beneath him, from left to right, are John Adams, Thomas Jefferson, General Nathanael Greene and Marquis de Lafayette, individuals whose leadership, political courage, and battlefield brilliance shaped the outcome of the war.Surrounding them are scenes drawn from pivotal moments of the Revolution:• The signing of the Declaration of Independence
• Washington Crossing the Delaware
• The Battle of Bunker Hill
• The winter campaigns and Continental Army hardships
• The naval struggle that defined the warEvery element was chosen intentionally. This is not just a collage, it is a visual thesis of what The Glorious Cause stands for: Leadership, Sacrifice, and The Birth of a Republic.I believe this box art accomplishes something powerful. It immediately communicates that this is not just another strategy game, it is a serious, historically grounded Revolutionary War experience. It honors the statesmen, the generals, and the soldiers alike. It blends the political and military dimensions of the conflict, just as our game will do once completed.

For our Patreon Members this artwork will become our first “Art of The Revolution” 4K Digital release.

  • Continental Soldier Tier and above will receive the 4K digital version this weekend.

  • Continental Officer and above will receive a Poster of The Art

  • General Tier and above will receive the physical box copy in March, which will include your Steam Early Access code inside.

We are still working on what texture and color to use for the sides of the Game Box but here is the concept we are working off of:This marks the beginning of a new collectible series tied to the game’s development, art pieces that celebrate the Revolution and the individuals who shaped it.I would genuinely love to hear your thoughts.Does this capture the spirit of the Revolutionary War?
Does it feel like something worthy of being displayed on your wall?
Does it communicate the scale and ambition of what we’re building?Lucy has done incredible work here. Thank you Lucy for all your hard work. This is the first time The Glorious Cause feels like a real boxed strategy game, something you’d see on a shelf and immediately recognize as historic and epic.Thank you for being part of this journey. And if you wish to become a part of it join our Patreon, its free, to help shape the game via polls, comments, and feedback. Click Here To Visit Out Patreon PageThe Cause advances.

We are now approaching the 5…In-game event19 Jul 2026Looking Ahead To The Future of The Glorious CauseFirst, I want to acknowledge that we have not been as active as we should have been when it comes to keeping our community informed about the development of The Glorious Cause. My goal was to provide weekly development updates, including progress reports, gameplay previews, and insights from our developer meetings. Unfortunately, much of the team has been working day and night to prepare the ga…In-game event4 Jul 2026Happy 250th Anniversary, AmericaHappy 250th Anniversary to every American.
