Before we get to today’s post, a quick Fearwoods development update.
I'm currently preparing another update focused on Aveline’s behavior, along with a patch addressing some of her collision issues with the environment. I want her movement and interactions with the world to feel more natural and reliable, especially during encounters.
We’re also getting closer to something much bigger.
In one of the upcoming Steam updates, I’ll be sharing a first sneak peek at the Fearwoods Kickstarter campaign, followed by a proper Kickstarter announcement soon after. There’s a lot happening behind the scenes, and I’m looking forward to finally showing you more.
That said, I wanted to give a quick shout-out to Terror: Endless Night, a game made by friends of mine.
If you enjoy dark, atmospheric indie games and are looking for something new to keep on your radar, give it a look.
If it seems like your kind of game, consider adding it to your Steam Wishlist. As an indie developer myself, I know how much every single wishlist can help a project.
Thanks for supporting indie developers - and next time, we’re back to Fearwoods, Aveline, and what’s coming next.
See you in the forest! 🌲
