🌱 No more 1/1 shelves. The two halves of the rule now live together properly. While a product still has unshelved stock, a fresh segment sizes itself to exactly what remains — that is V1.1.2's fix and it stays (27 Pedibree Minis still fill a 15-slot shelf, then a 12). But once a product's stock is fully spoken for elsewhere, an extra segment now claims the shelf's full natural capacity again, the way it did before. Spread things out however you like; the label's SEGS chip (reading, say, 3/2) is the gentle nudge that you're using more shelf than the product owns — a nudge, not a punishment.
🌱 Already have 1/1 shelves in your save? They free themselves. Pick the lone item back up — the segment resets on the spot — then place it wherever you like, and the shelf claims its full capacity this time. Loading alone won't resize an already-claimed shelf: capacities lock in at the moment a shelf is claimed, which is also why every correctly-sized shelf in your save is completely safe.
🌱 Nothing else moved. The fix is one number in one function, and I audited every caller of that function before shipping: last segments still size themselves to the stock actually remaining, the shelf-label counters from V1.1.3 are untouched, the 50-item rescue sweep is untouched, and no save data is affected.
