Based on the feedback we have received since the official launch, we have made broad improvements across the game, focusing especially on navigation issues such as not knowing what to do next or how to reach the screen you need.
This update introduces new hunting assistants, a redesigned workspace UI, clearer quest and crafting guidance, combat balance adjustments, and more reliable Steam Inventory transfers.
Hunting Assistants Added
- Added Hunting Assistants that can remain on your desktop.
- Choose from 30 assistants with different personalities and roles.
- Search in everyday language with requests such as “What should I do now?”, “I want to craft equipment,” or “Take me to the Market.”
- Aliases and wording variations are supported, so you do not need to know the exact name of a screen.
- Assistants use your current AR, equipment, craftable items, and open windows to suggest what to do next.
- Opening the Workshop, Farm, Quest, or another screen now triggers guidance relevant to that screen.
- You can switch between desktop display, pinning, character selection, and hidden mode at any time.
Search using everyday language and jump directly to the screen you need.
Choose the character you like from 30 hunting assistants.
Workspace UI Redesign
- Grouped the main bar into Equipment and Crafting/Facilities, making major features easier to access on narrower displays.
- Open windows, minimized windows, and panels available to add can now be managed from a single list.
- Fixed an issue where the Add Panel button could be pushed out of view by other controls.
- Notifications from grouped screens such as the Farm and Quests are now summarized on the main bar.
- Fixed language and other dropdown menus appearing behind hunting or sub-windows.
- Adjusted main-bar widths to reduce truncated labels in Japanese, English, Korean, Simplified Chinese, and Traditional Chinese.
- Reworked mouse-wheel handling, scroll-target detection, and window layering.
- Improved line wrapping, truncated text, and clipped buttons on narrow and high-resolution displays.
Clearer Home, Quest, and Crafting Guidance
- The Home screen now uses your current progress to present a more specific next objective.
- The Quest screen now shows current AR progress and the next monster or difficulty to unlock.
- Newly unlocked quests now display a notification.
- The Quest screen now states that the target monster’s blueprint is guaranteed on the first clear.
- Weapon trees now make it easier to check which blueprint is required and which quest provides it.
- Weapon, armor, charm, and rune crafting screens have been reorganized so candidates can be filtered by purpose.
- The Rune Center can now be opened directly from the primary navigation.
- Before enhancing an Orb, you can now review which skills that Orb may enhance.
- Improved automatic target loadout selection and synchronization with the currently selected monster.
Hunting, Farming, and Reward Improvements
- Confirmed hunt results and first-clear rewards can now be recovered even if the connection drops immediately after a hunt ends.
- Hunt logs now record the source of damage and status effects.
- When you do not own a seed material required for crafting, guidance now links to a quest where it can be obtained.
- Hunting and Farm screens now show clearer notifications when an action is available.
- Grand Hunt rewards now reflect both difficulty and the AR range of the starting point.
- Grand Hunts now make it easier to compare estimated clear times between your current equipment and a candidate loadout.
Combat Balance and Display
- Increased Greatsword weapon attack by approximately 8% at every tier.
- Unified the Material Shop’s Attack Up effect so it is correctly applied to hunting calculations.
- While Attack Up is active, the Hunt screen displays attack values before and after the boost.
- Fixed some equipped skills being omitted from shared builds.
- The game and Wiki now explain that each armor tier can be crafted independently, as well as the role of defense and durability during Season 0.
Steam Inventory & Community Market
- The server now correctly accepts Steam items configured as marketable but not directly tradable.
- Transfer history now provides clearer states such as reconciliation in progress, waiting for Steam, and reconciliation complete.
Some older entries that were already stuck on “Checking Steam result” before this update are still being recovered individually. Please do not transfer the same item again. Use “Recheck the same transaction” in the transfer history instead.
Connectivity and Stability
- Improved an issue where an outdated quest state could remain after reconnecting and roll back quest selection.
- Consolidated state-loading work when requests arrive simultaneously from many users and regions.
- Reduced unnecessary redraws in menus, dropdowns, and panel scrolling.
Wiki Updates
- Added a new Gathering page with field-gathering rules and item drop rates.
https://wiki.beastmarket.monster/#gathering - Updated the explanations for dismantling facilities for GOLD, the Steam Community Market, and Steam Inventory transfers to match the current game.
- Added weapon crafting paths, blueprint sources, AR progression, skills enhanced by Orbs, and armor-tier rules.
- Updated explanations for hunt logs, status effects, defense, and the Season 0 equipment progression policy.
We will continue improving the game based on your reports so that hunting, crafting, and trading are easier to understand and navigate.
