The biggest content drop since the port siege: the chart has a new place to lose yourself. Thank you for every ledger report — keep them coming in the Discord.
A new node on the chart. Caves now roll onto every expedition map alongside pirates and uncharted waters — a gold grotto arch with a torch burning in its mouth. Sail in if you dare; it's always a choice, never an ambush.
The dark burns FIRE SHOT. Inside, the only light you have is the light you make. Every fire shot you loose burns on the water behind you — your own wake becomes the breadcrumb trail. Run dry and the dark closes in; the bosun can always spare a final 6 rounds, and the port market sells more.
The hoard. Deep in the labyrinth a chamber holds a treasure haul that scales with how deep in the campaign you found the cave. Reaching it is one thing — rowing back out with it is the other half of the story.
No way back the way you came. Rockfalls seal behind you. Listen to the cave; it tells you things the chart can't.
The Strip Upgrades list scrolls. A fully-kitted ship's salvage list used to run off the card and bury the DONE button — it now scrolls cleanly however rich you've gotten.
One version line for everything. The playtest jumps from v0.5.6 straight to v1.2.0-playtest — same number as the main game's line, with a suffix per app. The version in your corner watermark is now exactly what you'll see in these titles, which makes your bug reports even easier to chase.
