Assign four optional repair inputs to distinct buttons, axis directions, or POV positions on your joystick and throttle devices.
All four inputs must be available and distinct; otherwise, joystick pilots continue using keyboard number keys for repairs. Settings show whether the repair bindings are ready.
During joystick repairs, repair inputs take priority over shared button actions while flight axes remain active.
HOTAS settings now show all actions by default, including the new repair group.
Repair prices now reflect each system's upgrades and damage severity. A degraded system starts at 180 CR; an offline system costs twice as much.
Each relevant upgrade level adds 50% of the base price, except Fuel Efficiency, which adds 30%. Upgrade descriptions explain which repairs become more expensive.
Recovering special salvage now guarantees 5,000 CR plus a mystery bonus.
The HUD, cockpit, map, and pickup messages show the guaranteed payment alongside the unknown bonus.
