This update completely changes what it means to referee in Motion Soccer. Until now, refereeing was intense, demanding, and sometimes pure chaos. But now, you no longer have to face it alone. 🔥 THE BIG NEW FEATURE 🤝 CO-OP MULTIPLAYER REFEREEING
You can now referee a match together with a friend.
One player takes the role of the main referee.
The other controls both assistant referees from the sideline.
You are connected through live voice chat, like a virtual referee earpiece.
The main referee has the final responsibility for every decision.
The assistant referee player can help with offsides, fouls, throw-ins, corners and other key situations.
Two roles.
Constant communication.
One responsibility: control the match. You will need to talk, observe, decide and react like a real professional officiating team. 🚩 MUCH MORE REALISTIC AI ASSISTANT REFEREES
We have completely reworked the behavior of AI-controlled assistant referees.
They now communicate with you through the earpiece when they see something important.
They use official gestures much more naturally.
They raise the flag, wait for eye contact, and then indicate the correct direction.
They will also honestly tell you what they saw.
But be careful: they are not always right. In very close situations, assistant referees can still make mistakes. The final decision always belongs to the main referee. And if an assistant gets it wrong but you do not fall into the trap, you will receive an extra bonus for your excellent work. 📦 IMPROVED CUSTOM TEAM IMPORT AND EXPORT
We have also improved the custom team import/export system.
In the official Discord, you can already find some incredible community creations shared through simple 5-digit codes.
Motion Soccer does not have official licenses, but it does have a very complete team editor.
Some players are creating spectacular recreations of teams and custom kits.
The game looks absolutely amazing with these community-made creations.
