We're only a week away from the EA release and the interest in the past couple weeks has been overwhelming! The game is reaching 20,000 wishlists and I can't thank you enough for all your support filling the demo form, reaching out on discord and Steam discussions with great ideas and suggestions. This game would not have been possible without your help! Of course, it doesn't end here and I will continue to listen to your feedback and work on improving Pumpkin Woods for years to come!
I'm also excited to take part in the Steam PVE Survival Crafting Fest. Pumpkin Woods will officially release exactly at the end of the event. If you haven't played it already, try out the demo now! It will give you a good understanding what the game is about, what to expect in terms of difficulty/gameplay and also a reliable test to see if the main game will run well on your pc. Please keep in mind that you must play with a mouse and keyboard.
Among the features added recently is a brand new character creator, which is already present in demo! The main game will also have important quality of life improvements such as autosave, multiple saves, additional settings, and of course a lot more content unlocked such as building furniture, potion crafting, wagon riding, and more quests along with 3 new biomes!
Currently I'm working on testing and trying to squash every bug that I can. It won't come out perfectly as it's still Early Access, but I'm doing my best to give you the best experience possible. Soon I will be sharing the full changelog and more release details.
