Yesterday, Steam announced that Valor Mortis was one of the top Demos in Steam Next Fest. To celebrate, we will be extending the Demo for two more weeks!
We really appreciate all of your help and feedback to improve the Demo. We will be doing a lot of fine-tuning and optimization before our launch on October 13.
While the Demo is still available, we are running contests for speedrunning, screenshots, fun game clips and fan art, in our Discord server. Participating in any of these contests could win you a free copy of the full game when we launch! We also share concept art and previews from development there, like this concept art of the Eternal Guard.
Speedrunners have already managed to finish Chapter 7 of the Demo in under 3 minutes. That level really brings back memories of Ghostrunner!
If you haven't had a chance to play the Demo yet, try it out in the next two weeks! We want to hear more impressions of our game so that we can make Valor Mortis a great soulslike in first-person.
