These patch notes cover changes released after the previously announced v0.20260807.6, through the current v0.20260808.5.

This update adds the Market Terminal for planning hunts around material trends and improves Apex blueprint drops, defeat presentation, rune selection, Mini Mode dialogs, and research-adjusted drop rates in the Wiki.

Market Terminal

  • Added a Market Terminal where you can compare material trends, holdings, and sources on one screen.

  • Added 24-hour, 7-day, and 30-day chart ranges.

  • Added a watchlist for materials you want to follow.

  • You can review candidates calculated from your equipment and hunt settings, then assign your next hunt directly from the Market Terminal.

  • Your current hunt keeps running in the background while you use the Market Terminal.

  • Until Steam Market and Steam Inventory review and connectivity are complete, the Playtest shows clearly labelled sample market data.

  • Sample prices are not live Steam prices and cannot be used for real trades. The same screen will receive live data after the official connection becomes available.

Combat and Defeat Presentation

  • Fixed the hunter standing idle while being attacked for an extended period after defeat had already been decided.

  • The final moments before defeat now play as a short last stand with visible monster attacks and hunter counterattacks before the hunter falls.

  • Adjusted the order of HP changes, monster attacks, hunter counterattacks, and the defeat result for a more natural presentation.

Apex Blueprints

  • Audited Apex weapon blueprint drops across every weapon type, including the Apex Tide Ray Sword.

  • Removed remaining Apex weapon blueprint entries from Standard and Empowered drop pools.

  • Apex blueprints now drop only from their corresponding Apex monster.

  • Apex blueprints are displayed as Legendary.

Rune Selection and Dialogs

  • Fixed the pending equipment-change bar covering rune choices when removing one rune and selecting another on the Build screen.

  • On short windows, opening the rune picker now moves the list above the apply bar so choices on later rows remain selectable.

  • Fixed important dialogs such as Results being cut off or placing controls outside the window in Mini Mode.

  • Fixed only part of a dialog appearing while the game was still returning from Mini Mode.

  • Important dialogs now appear after the standard window size has been restored and remain visible until the player closes them.

Monster Encyclopedia and Wiki

  • Added a research-level input to every monster entry so players can see the resulting drop rates for their current Research Lv.

  • Research adjustments use the same formula, integer rounding, and cap as the game.

  • Rare-or-better materials, gems, and blueprints affected by Research Lv are now clearly identified.

  • Reward tables now show each item's independent chance and the quantity granted when that roll succeeds.

  • Clarified that a core does not select one result from a single 100% pool: every successful item is awarded, with a guaranteed fallback if every independent roll misses.

  • Added a separate guaranteed-item breakdown whose candidate shares total 100%.

  • Updated the Wiki to show Apex blueprints as Legendary and available only from their corresponding Apex monster.

This update continues to focus on specific Playtest reports and on making important battle information and controls easier to understand during normal play.Thank you for continuing to share feedback and reproducible bug reports.
