Pass the Fear Is Out Now!

Pass the Fear, the multiplayer co-op Roguelite bullet-hell shooter, is OUT NOW!

From our earliest demo tests to today, we have received an incredible amount of feedback and suggestions from players. Your input has helped us continuously improve the characters, Weapons, Relics, difficulty, and overall progression of the game.

Thank you to every Demon Hunter who joined the playtests, offered suggestions, and shared feedback with us!

The full release does far more than complete the remaining chapters. New characters, difficulties, systems, builds, and the story hidden deep within the island are now ready to be discovered.

Get a quick look at the major additions in the official launch trailer below.

New Chapters and a New Story — Demon Hunters, Assemble!

The demo only showed a portion of the complete Pass the Fear experience. The full release adds approximately 2.5 new chapters, expanding the journey to five major chapters alongside hidden stages, brand-new Bosses, and more story content.

Each chapter features unique environments, enemies, and powerful Bosses. Defeat them and collect the Story Fragments scattered across the island to gradually uncover the conspiracy behind the Calamity.

Once you have gathered enough clues and pieced together the relationships between the characters, you may discover that only the right choices at critical moments can reveal the truth behind the time loop and lead you to the true ending.

Characters, Weapons, Relics, Chaos Battle Scar effects, and progression paths change from run to run. Even within the same chapter, different builds and party compositions can create an entirely different experience.

Chaos Battle Scars — I Bet It Won't Kill Me!

The full release features five difficulty levels, bringing more than simply stronger and more numerous enemies.

Each new difficulty unlocks additional Chaos Battle Scars. Every Battle Scar grants both a powerful benefit and a dangerous curse, directly shaping how you approach your build for that run.

Used wisely, they can help you break conventional rules, push beyond normal limits, and create builds that are more extreme, flexible, and chaotic.

As for whether the curse will send you straight back to camp...

I bet it won't kill me!

New Characters — And a Jenny Rework!

Two brand-new characters have joined the Demon Hunter squad:

Long Tong, a mysterious girl accompanied by the Spirit Dragon Amber;

Stella, the astrologer who claims victory is 100% guaranteed.

Everyone's fourth-favorite explosive wildcat, Jenny, also returns with a complete skill rework and an entirely new combat style.

The other four characters have received skill adjustments and improvements as well, giving each of them a clearer gameplay identity and more distinctive build paths.

Choose your Demon Hunter, gather your most trustworthy teammates, and begin another adventure with a squad that may or may not be reliable!

Brand-New Relics — Synergy on Top of Synergy?

The full release introduces dual-element Relics that connect different elemental systems, as well as Charge Relics that greatly strengthen Charge Weapons.

Dual-element Relics create new interactions between elements, while Charge Relics provide Charge Weapons with a more complete progression path and make every charged shot more impactful.

Several less practical or rarely selected Relics from the demo have also received major reworks. Their effects, acquisition pacing, and progression curves have been adjusted so that every Relic can find a place in the right build.

Weapons, Weapon Parts, Relics, and elements now offer even more opportunities for powerful interactions. Combine them cleverly enough, and you might just stack synergy on top of synergy until the entire build takes off.

We cannot wait to see the ridiculous strategies that even the development team never expected!

Meta Progression — Every Failure Makes You Stronger!

The full release introduces a brand-new meta-progression system: Team Talent.

At the end of every run, players earn Squad EXP that can be used to unlock new abilities, providing a stronger foundation and more options for future adventures.

Team Talent includes not only straightforward stat boosts, but also abilities such as increased drop rates, shop discounts, and additional Relic refreshes.

As your squad grows, early-game builds will come together more smoothly, allowing you to explore different Weapons, Relics, and playstyles more quickly.

Falling this time is no problem. Return with new experience and abilities, and try again!

Some Red Stuff — Yes, Red!

Above Orange rarity, the full release introduces Red-rarity Weapons, Weapon Parts, Relics, and Affixes.

They may appear in chests at extremely low rates, while Red Weapons also have a chance to be created through Forging.

A small number of special Weapons are naturally Red rarity. These feature unique mechanics that break conventional rules and cannot be obtained by upgrading ordinary Weapons.

Red equipment can completely transform a build, turning you into an unstoppable force capable of wiping out everything in your path.

Of course, that assumes you can actually find it.

As the Demon Hunter squad ventures deeper into the island, the thousand-year conspiracy behind the source of the Calamity will gradually be revealed.

How will the story end? What fate awaits the Demon Hunters?

Step into the game and discover the answers for yourself!

Thank you to everyone who took part in the tests, offered suggestions, shared builds, and waited for the full release.

We hope you have an amazing time playing Pass the Fear.
