Thank you for joining us during BeastLink’s first week of Early Access and for taking a chance on an indie studio that is making something BIG!
We know this past week hasn’t been perfect. We’ve seen the mixed reviews, the feedback, and everything in between. We read every comment and review, and we’re taking that feedback seriously. Our goal is to make BeastLink the best kaiju game it can possibly be, and your feedback is a huge part of that.
We plan to continue releasing frequent patches that directly address community feedback, alongside the content and features we already have planned. We want to hear it all, the things you love, the things you don’t, and everything you think could make BeastLink better.
There’s something important we want our community to know: BeastLink is completely self-funded, and we do not have a publisher. We’re making this game because we genuinely LOVE kaiju.
We’ve always felt there aren’t enough great kaiju games out there, and we wanted to help fill that kaiju-shaped hole in the hearts of fans and in our own. BeastLink is a passion project, and we’re committed to seeing where we can take it.
Performance
Right now, a major focus at the studio is performance and optimization. BeastLink’s fully destructible environments make it a technically ambitious project, and optimization is one of the biggest challenges that comes with that. But this is an area we have extensive experience in. In other words, we know this is something we can fix, and we’re already working on it.
We Want BeastLink to Be FUN!
Once we get performance where it needs to be, our biggest priority is simple: we want BeastLink to be fun. If you have ideas for ways we can make the game more engaging or enjoyable, please join our Discord and tell us what you think! We’re very active in the community and genuinely want to hear your ideas.
MORE is Coming
We already have new content and ideas in the works that we think will make the BeastLink experience even more engaging and exciting. We can’t reveal everything just yet, but we have some things up our sleeves that we think you’re going to love.
