AVROPOLIS DEMO PATCH 1f + CLOSED TEST SIGNUP

AVROPOLIS Demo · published 2 months ago

All eventsPlayers around this dateRead on Steam

Hello everyone,

I’ve been working hard on AVROPOLIS (as usual) and, even though it’s scorching hot here in Sicily, the heat hasn’t slowed development - ok maybe a little bit, eheh.

I’m releasing Demo Patch 1f: a quality-of-life and polish focused update that tightens some gameplay, improves some interactions, refreshes some of the UI, and adds leaderboards to make the demo feel more complete.

Highlights in this patch:

  • Better tablet readability and a new “Leo’s Wiki” quick-guide.

  • Improved weapon and tool handling (easier spear grabs, better knife and spear throwing, more reliable force-grabbing).

  • Spider boss adjustments and improved veil entrance VFX.

  • New leaderboards and first-launch quick setup UI flow.

  • Environmental improvements: updated boulder trap SFX and area geometry, saferoom grabbable statues, and faucet water collision, as well as better throwable barrels.

Closed test signup
I’m also opening signup for a closed testing round covering a couple of chapters from further into the game. This is an opportunity to play more content and give direct feedback that will shape future development. If you’d like to help test, please sign up here: https://www.avropolis.com/userfeedback

Thanks to everyone who’s played and shared feedback so far — it’s invaluable. I’ll keep pushing updates over the summer if necessary, and I look forward to hearing from testers who want to help shape the next stages of AVROPOLIS, and am open to any feedback or requests from players, as always.

Patch notes following soon.Cheers,

Marco.
