Morale & staff recovery patch

Leave feels better now
Staff returning from leave get a circa +3 morale/week “rested” bonus for 4 weeks, so time off helps mood as well as fatigue. (the +3 number depends on their other attributes / personality) Clearer staff info
Staff profiles now show a weekly morale trend a simple breakdown of what’s pushing morale up or down (project work, idle time, culture perks, and so on).Updated guidance
Leave, idle, and Talk tips in-game are clearer so it’s easier to recover between projects.

Tips if morale is still dropping

  • Active project work costs about 1 morale per week. that’s normal.

  • Between games, set staff to Idle (+2/week) or Leave (fatigue drops, then rested bonus on return).

  • Use Talk → Praise/Reassure on staff profiles when morale is low.

  • Half-day Fridays help, but won’t fully offset a team that’s still crunching on a live project.

Thanks for the feedback everyone, keep it coming.
