1. Added and connected a new notifications panel.
2. Fixed the notification close button — the X button now works correctly.
3. Added the ability to quickly dismiss notifications with a right-click.
4. Updated the tutorial with a new step explaining how notifications work and how to close them with RMB.
5. Reworked the crew auto-fill system — it now adds the required workers more accurately and removes unnecessary workers from the crew.
6. Made additional localization corrections with the help of native speakers.
