spikeworld/spikepuzzle:
- experimenting with larger star hitbox in these two gamemodes. Usually the center point of your character needs to be on the star tile to collect it, but with this change there are 6 extra pixels where you can collect the star (16x16 collect hitbox -> 28x28 collect hitbox)
- spikeworld/spikepuzzle submissions now also include version data so if we roll back this change, only the leaderboard entires with this radius would be clobbered
