Fixes

- Fixed some missing characters in Chinese fonts

- Fixed No-Play, Sun and Moon stickers not working as expected

- Fixed a bug when picking the tinker at the workshop events when you don't have enough resource cards

- Fixed being able to pick improve cards events without having eligible cards

- Fixed 'Flamethrower' getting negative echo

- Fixed being able to sell locked sticker cards at trade events

- Fixed 'Wary' trait not working as expected when the drawn card cannot be played

- Added a missing text for static enchanted shock cards

- Adjusted the 'Nut launcher' description (En)

Changes/balancing

- 'Hoarder' is now 6/9/12/15 (was 14/21/28/35)

- Shock now deals half damage to shield just like burn damage

- 'Circuit board' no longer has the resource type, but now has the device type
