Regarding recent rumors concerning possible discussions between Oblit Gamewerks Inc. and Activision, we have no comment at this time. We can neither confirm nor deny whether any such discussions, negotiations, or other communications are taking place.

What we can say is that Activision is an extraordinary company with an unparalleled history of producing some of the most influential, successful, and recognizable games in the history of the industry. Its impact on interactive entertainment is difficult to overstate, and the company's contribution to the development and growth of the modern video game industry is something we have tremendous respect for.

The Call of Duty franchise is, without question, one of the most successful and influential first-person shooter franchises the world has ever known. From its earliest releases to its continued evolution, Call of Duty has helped define the FPS genre for generations of players and has established an extraordinary standard for large-scale action, multiplayer gameplay, and entertainment.

We have enormous respect for the developers, designers, artists, programmers, producers, and other professionals who have contributed to the franchise throughout its history. Their work has had a significant influence on the industry and on countless game developers around the world, including those of us who have followed the franchise and admired its accomplishments.

Activision's history extends well beyond any single franchise. The company's portfolio, its talented development teams, and its long-standing presence in the gaming industry have made it one of the most recognizable names in interactive entertainment. We believe that achievement deserves considerable recognition.

As for the current rumors involving Oblit Gamewerks Inc, our position remains unchanged: we do not comment on rumors, speculation, potential business arrangements, confidential discussions, or prospective transactions. We can neither confirm nor deny whether any talks are taking place, nor would we comment on the substance of any discussions that may or may not exist.

We appreciate the continued interest in Oblit Gamewerks Inc. and the attention being given to our company and our games. We also appreciate the extraordinary work produced by companies and development teams throughout the industry, including Activision and the teams responsible for the Call of Duty franchise.

At this time, we have nothing further to comment regarding the rumors or any potential business discussions.

Thank you for your understanding.

Ernie J. Rammstein III, Nugis iocor.
President, Oblit Gamewerks Inc.
