Bug Fixes:
Reworked the way buildings are locked/unlocked, and fixed a few inconsistencies.
Structures can no longer be built on top of NPCs, and NPCs can no longer walk through various structures.
Fixed a bug where the multi-tool pickup would follow the player, rather than being picked up.
Structures no longer make a sound when loaded.
Structures no longer spawn particles when loaded.
Slightly adjusted the right bounds of the textbox so that text being displayed does not begin to overlap the borders of the textbox.
Fixed an issue where structures could be built on top of the player.
Fixed an issue where players with different resolutions and aspect ratios had issues with mouse alignment. The current fix is as follows : - If a player's resolution is 1920x1080 then the game starts in full screen and the software (art) cursor is shown. - If a players resolution is greater or less than 1920x1080 but the aspect ratio is the same, the game is shown in full screen but the cursor is drawn as the hardware cursor. - If a player's aspect ratio is not 16:9, then the game is put into borderless window mode, and the cursor is drawn as the hardware cursor.
