Hi guys, we've gotten a lot of feedback in recent reviews, so I decided to take the time to address the most important / most requested items. Here's the full changelog:

  • Drastically improved the "Battle Toggle" menu option. It just stays on permanently now

  • Added in-battle Evolutions for non-battling monsters in your party

  • Added "leveled up!" messages for non-battling monsters in your party

  • Made "currently hovering" monster cursor more visible for Party Monsters menu screen

  • Drastically reduced input delay on character movement and instead added short collision to your follower

  • Removed some logs to now make unlocking "log removal" 100% completely optional (do it after beating the game if you want)

  • Nerfed some moves that people were complaining were too OP / made the game too easy

  • Removed a keyboard shortcut which mutes the game that people seemed to often accidentally press which resulted in them thinking the game's sound was broken

  • Fixed some broken battle messages and NPC messages (or made clarifications to avoid confusion)

  • Made it so that "NO" is ALWAYS the default yes/no option (now even when fishing ...)

  • Slightly improved the graphics or UIX of some menu's

  • Fixed some typo's in the English script

The biggest changes here are the drastic improvements to the Battle Speed Toggle, and the addition of in-battle evolutions for monsters that aren't currently in-battle (there is no animation for them).

*Lots of people have seemed to miss an item needed to clear logs. To combat this, I made clearing logs completely 100% optional, so if you like, you can now beat the game without unlocking this, and just never do it, or perhaps do it after unlocking Flight for example.

Lots of people seemed to really dislike the slight movement delay. Without the delay, it would be impossible to turn your character without actually moving in that direction, which is needed for talking to your follower. In this update, I drastically reduced that "turn but don't move window", however, added a short collision when trying to collide with your follower, making it so you instead face them, so that it's still possible to talk to them (your monster or a following human character).

I also added "blabla leveled up" for your party monsters (I intentionally didn't add it originally, as I thought it would crowd the battle messages too much, drag battles out more, and become annoying, but too many people complained about this, so I put it in ~).

There was a ton of other small changes too that I'm probably forgetting, but the bullet list above includes the majority of the changes.

If I was able to fix any of the things that annoyed you, please consider updating your review, or giving the game a review if you haven't already !!!

If you've been enjoying the game, or want to see more games in the Dokimon series, leaving a review is the best way to help us get seen by other gamers and support us to help make new Dokimon games more possible! ♡

As always, please continue to leave your feedback, or report anything you wish to. We will considering your requests, either for updates, or future titles :)

Cheers!
