We have been working on the biggest issues and bugs that were causing consistent crashes. The new build today should fix some of them and you can read the details below.
Fixed several crashes related to corrupted save files,
Fire transmutation should no longer disappear from player's equipment,
Added additional checks to prevent save file corruption,
Changed position of the weapon change tutorial,
Fixed FSR Frame Generation being on by default (players that were affected by the issue may have to delete their old config file),

The fastest recorded speedrun of the playtest level will be crowned as Napoleon’s strongest soldier. To enter, players will need to record and post their speedrun somewhere where we and community moderators can confirm your time. This can be YouTube, Twitch Vod or another publicly accessible video hosting platform.
There will be categories for inbounds and out of bounds runs.
Speedrun submissions must be also linked to the Discord for tracking.
We will select winners who post fan art and screenshots. They can be posted to Steam, our Discord server, social media or Reddit to enter.
How to Submit:
Discord - Must join the server and post to the contest channel
Steam - Must follow the game on Steam and post to the steam fourms
Social Media - must use #valormortis in a publicly visible post and follow the official Valor Mortis account. Twitter, Instagram, Bluesky, and TikTok are eligible.
Reddit - must post to r/valormortis and join the subreddit
