About the current state of Protos Magos

What happened
Protos Magos was initially released as a free game, when it should have been released as a demo. That confused what content was final and what the actual release plan was.

What has changed
The demo has been updated and visually polished, and it now contains two levels out of the planned five. This version is being frozen and will not be released or monetised.

Why is this being frozen
Steam does not allow this app to move into paid Early Access without becoming a full release. Releasing it now would lock the game into a state that does not represent the intended scope.

What the demo represents
The current demo is intended as a short introduction to the game, with roughly an hour of gameplay. When the full game enters Early Access, the demo will be reduced to a single level.

What happens next
Development will continue toward a proper Early Access release with more content. The demo will remain available as a preview, but it will no longer receive updates.

Thank you
Thanks to everyone who played and left feedback. It directly helped improve the visuals, pacing, and overall direction of the game.
