Inventory Added

Press TAB to open the inventorypanel.
Selecting a rod opens its interface for dragging bait onto (bait persists on dropped rod!)
Caught fish on the dangle hook still eject as a separate fish when you drop the rod

Fishing Improvements

Third-person fishing rods now render the wielder's fishing line, dangle hook, and bait visually
Bait visuals (caught fish, slotted worm, etc) sync across peers.

Controls

TAB now opens the inventory/rod management panel. (Previously dev scene-reload,which is now gone)
