Since the new location isn't guaranteed to spawn, I've decided to increase its spawn chance for a limited period of time (1 week) for returning players to find it faster.
Changes:
Increased new location spawn chance to 99%
Fixed failed missions caused by failed map generation
Fixed the easter egg you probably haven't found anyway
