V1.03 Patch Notes

Hi lovely folk! Here's this afternoon's little update to add some quality of life bits and just tidy up some loose ends.

- Added much needed sliders for volume control and brightness on the pause menu (which save and load as expected). Let me know if I need to increase the ranges!

- Sped up the spawn drop rate for smashable loot crates and made sure all the items are doing their floaty thing

- Re-balanced the loot drops on said crates to give out more coins

- Chests now have colliders

- Stones of Safety now have colliders

- Removed upsetting and problematic bridges
