This patch brings a few updates to the demo:
Minor level layout tweaks to make them a bit more friendly
Mode "Infinite" can be unlocked after completing only 1 level in "Tactical" (as opposed to 5 before)
Fix for:
mouse cursor bug on Mac and Linux
ejection indicator when sticking to rotating walls
audio hitch on music transitions
