A quick patch with improvements & bug fixes.
- Removed Intel requirement for the POW Hostage operation. (Test how this plays..).
- Crouching or Proning now reduces recoil.
- When prone, you can no longer crawl & shoot or aim at the same time.
- RPD canted aim changed to hip aim. (like Bren)
- Fixed rogue kills not fully resetting upon death.
