This latest update fixes lighting issues for ALL Nvidia RTX users. It was caused by Hardware Raytracing. My computer does not have a HWRT capable GPU so it was never a problem. It's not an excuse. Just reasoning.
I will iron out all the other bugs as soon as I can but besides the pause menu being frozen which I can't for the life of me reproduce, I believe game breaking bugs are mostly fixed.
