v0.4.9 - Port UI improvements

Letters Of Marque Playtest · published

This update focuses primarily on improving the market, and crafting UI. The next update will focus on implementing enemy boat behaviour

New Features:
- Major overhaul of the market UI
- Major overhaul of the crafting UI

- The market now refreshes items automatically (including in the crafting menu)
- Implemented a minimum brokerage fee to prevent future contract spam
- Improved crash handling in some edge cases. This likely won't catch anything users are running into currently
- Right click -> sell now informs the user when there are no buy contracts available on the market (and there is now more information given to the user in fail states). This applies to the item buy UI as well
- The immediate item selling UI has been merged with the delayed sell contract UI, and has gained a new option to place a delayed sell contract. This applies to the buy UI as well
- The item buy and sell popups have been overhauled to be more useful
- The sell contract profit now takes into account brokerage fees, and can now be negative when you'll lose money due to hitting the minimum brokerage fee
- The old item crafting popup UI is no longer used, all items are crafted through the crafting tab
- The market now filters only to purchasable items by default, with settings to opt-out
- Craftable items are now searchable
- Lots of other minor improvements to anything involving the market/crafting/buying/selling compared to the old behaviour

Misc Changes:
- Slightly increase max tagging range

Bugfixes:
- Fix incorrect capitalisation in several places
- Fix the bow sails having a mast impression in them
- Ship total cannon count display now displays the count of cannons total, remarkably
- Disabled docking on some windows
