### Manhattan Landmark Streaming Fix
This update fixes an issue where several original hand-built Manhattan landmarks could disappear when JFK was selected as the destination airport or when the simulator was reset at JFK.
### Changes
* Restored proper loading of major Manhattan landmarks at game startup.
* Fixed the World Trade Center, Empire State Building, Chrysler Building, and other original Manhattan landmarks not appearing near JFK.
* Integrated the original Manhattan landmark set into the standard landmark streaming system.
* Manhattan landmarks can now unload correctly when far outside the active area and reload when returning to New York.
* Fixed landmark reloading when approaching JFK after a long-distance flight.
* Fixed landmark restoration after using Reset at JFK.
* Prevented duplicate landmark generation during startup and streaming reloads.
* Improved cleanup and reload handling for Manhattan landmark streaming.
* Chinatown, SoHo, Midtown, and existing New York autogen areas remain unchanged.
These changes improve the reliability of New York scenery during departures, arrivals, resets, and long-distance flights.
